How to Make an Exchange

If you wish to exchange any products purchased from Mavre Studio S.A.S. / M0M7 (Mavre of Mavre 7) / 7AM, you can exchange for a different size or color (subject to product availability). The steps are as follows:

1. Contact us to request the exchange/return by sending an email to mavrestudio@gmail.com.

2. Then, send the product to the address in Bogotá that we will provide, where the condition of the product will be verified. The product must arrive with tags and labels, clean, unused, and in perfect condition. If the product does not meet the exchange conditions, we will inform you via email about the reason for not processing the exchange, and the product will be returned to the initial delivery address.

The product must be properly packaged using the same packaging in which it was sent. This packaging is used to protect the product during transportation. In this case, shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer/user. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Warranty Policies

The warranty for products is 60 calendar days from the moment of delivery. This applies if the purchased product has any defects in seams, finishes, or prints, and all care and washing recommendations have been followed. You must contact us at mavrestudio@gmail.com to send the product as indicated by our staff. The shipping cost from home to store will be borne by the customer; Mavre Studio S.A.S. / M0M7 (Mavre of Mavre 7) / 7AM will cover the cost of reshipping.

The warranty does not apply if defects are due to:

1. Force majeure or fortuitous events.

2. Actions by a third party.

3. Misuse of the item by the consumer.

4. The consumer did not follow the usage or maintenance instructions provided.

Right of Withdrawal

According to the right of withdrawal established by Law 1480 of 2011 Art. 47, the maximum term to exercise this right is 5 business days from delivery of the item or when the product is received. The product must be returned in the same condition it was received, meaning it should be unused, clean, and with tags and labels intact. The costs of transportation and other expenses incurred in returning the product to Mavre's facilities will be borne by the user.

If all conditions mentioned are met, Mavre Studio S.A.S. / M0M7 (Mavre of Mavre 7) / 7AM will refund the total amount paid without discounts or deductions, and the time frame for refunding money shall not exceed 30 calendar days.

To request an exchange/return, email us at mavrestudio@gmail.com. Then send the product to the address in Bogotá that we will indicate, ensuring it arrives with tags and labels; unused, clean, and in perfect condition (original packaging). If the product does not meet return conditions, we will inform you via email about why we cannot process the return and will send back the product to its initial delivery address. In this case, shipping costs are borne by the consumer, along with any costs incurred in processing your refund (costs for deposits to other cities/shipping costs through fundraising means).

Spare Parts and Repairs

The availability of spare parts, materials, and skilled labor will be fifteen (15) calendar days from the expiration date of the product warranty. The cost of this service will be borne by the customer according to consumer protection laws and applicable regulations.

Shipping Policies

Orders should arrive within a maximum period of 20 business days (for major cities) from the order date. It is important to clarify that shipping costs for purchased goods may vary without notice based on our logistics operators' commercial conditions and/or external variations.

Mavre Studio S.A.S. / M0M7 (Mavre of Mavre 7) / 7AM ships products to municipalities within Colombian territory through an independent transport company duly authorized for such service. Municipalities located in Amazonas, Guainía, Guaviare, Vaupés, Vichada, and the archipelago of San Andrés and Providencia are excluded from our coverage.

The maximum delivery time for products will be twenty (20) business days from payment approval unless there is a case of force majeure or fortuitous events such as human or natural occurrences, strikes, riots, rebellions, insurrections, sabotage, power outages, landslides, earthquakes, avalanches, fires, epidemics, flooding, bridge collapses, among others.

Delivery Issues

If we cannot supply any product from your order due to lack of stock or inventory for any selected items, Mavre Studio S.A.S. / M0M7 (Mavre of Mavre 7) / 7AM may at its discretion cancel the order and/or only deliver products for which availability exists. Naturally, we will inform you immediately and refund your money through your original payment method as soon as possible. It is important to clarify that products offered by Mavre Studio S.A.S. / M0M7 (Mavre of Mavre 7) / 7AM may run out; however, we can fulfill orders or offer alternatives with substitute or similar products.
